Aatum Desai

I’m a strategy and operations professional with a background in engineering and an MBA from UCLA Anderson—but more than anything, I’m someone who enjoys solving messy, ambiguous problems with clarity and structure. I get a lot of energy from helping organizations move faster, work smarter, and build systems that scale.

Over the past few years, I’ve worked across finance, product strategy, and ops—whether it was automating forecasting processes at a lean investment firm, helping refine go-to-market strategy at a global healthcare company, or collaborating cross-functionally to bring structure to fast-moving teams. I love being in environments where I can wear multiple hats, dive into data, talk to users or stakeholders, and build solutions that actually stick.

Outside of work, I’m probably playing guitar (usually grunge or acoustic rock), pretending I’m better at golf than I am, or getting way too into the newest hobby I’ve picked up. If you’re working on something interesting—or just want to talk shop—I’d love to connect.
